AGBO is an American film and television production company founded by Anthony Russo, Joe Russo, Mike Larocca, and Todd Makurath. The name "AGBO" was a surname selected randomly by Anthony and Joe Russo from an Ohio phone book years prior. It was the fourth independent distributor of Walt Disney Productions' films following Columbia Pictures and Maximum Effort. They were the co-production company for Marvel Studios' Avengers: Doomsday, Avengers: Secret Wars, Walt Disney Pictures' Hercules, and Disney Television Animation's Superfudge.

In March 2015, Anthony Russo and Joe Russo announced they were launching a production company, then known as Getaway Productions, and tapped Mike Larocca as President.[1]
AGBO was officially founded in 2017. Anthony and Joe Russo serve as founders and co-chairmen.[2]
In March 2018, it was announced that screenwriters Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, who wrote the screenplays for Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, and Avengers: Endgame were named Co-Presidents of Story at AGBO, adding to the executive roster.[3]
