The Ethironal Shrine Sanctuary is the area directly after the Ethironal Shrine Outskirts, and takes up the majority of Floor 1. Notable features include powerful winds, parasite pits and rapid gain of parasites. It is infested with Bounders, Husks and Carbuncles on the ground, so you must stay on the bridges to avoid fighting powerful monsters. Sub-locations include the Frontier Furnace.

Trivia[]

• This is main First Floor location, since almost all the action takes place here. Generator, Frontier Furnace, Pilgrim's Respite and even Firfire are located in Ethironal Shrine Sanctuary.
• The reason why wind blows is unknown, but this is the reason why Second Layer is called Eternal Gale. Wind blows here everytime, and it doesnt stop.
• The Spear of Nakti is most likely named after Naktigonis, the composer of the game’s soundtrack.
