Superman: Man of Tomorrow #10 is a chapter in the digital-first series Superman: Man of Tomorrow (Volume 1 (Digital)) with a cover date of July, 2020.
Synopsis for "Pro-Lobo"
Martian Manhunter and Wonder Woman warn Superman of facing Lobo, since he's one of the few people that can go toe-to-toe with him and come out on top. Superman however refuses to stand by since he'll only cause trouble and outsmart the League. As Lobo's spacehog lands outside, Superman goes to confront him and finds him threatening a small alien. Lobo warns him not to fight since his prey is dangerous and go back, but he refuses to believe anything he's saying.
As Superman warns Lobo to leave Earth, the latter fires at him and gets in a fist-fight after being disarmed. The bounty hunter is soon defeated and tied up in his own chain and hook. Clark tries comforting the creature as Lobo warns him he's making a mistake and the alien soon grows large after being pitied, before knocking Clark away. Superman breaks Lobo out of his chains after realizing he was fighting the wrong guy and learns that the alien is an empathy vampire which feeds on pity, before wrecking a planet.
Lobo tells Superman that the empathy vampire usually doesn't grow so quickly, but he knew Superman was quite compassionate. The only way to defeat the vampire, Lobo states, is through his playbook of insults and ruthlessness, but soon gets overwhelmed in a battle. The alien mocks him saying that it was the first time he was trying to help people for free, but wasn't trusted by others. To save him, Superman tells the vampire to feed on him instead since he has a lot of empathy unlike Lobo.
The vampire finds himself unable to feed and finds Superman has no pity left after learning from Lobo he's lied about being the last of his kind in past. His energy is drained quickly and Lobo traps him in a container, stating that he'll leave him in an uninhabited space sector. Superman apologizes to Lobo for distrusting him and states he has some honor since he's usually truthful about his actions. Later as he leaves, Lobo states that if he didn't catch the vampire, eventually no one will be left to pay him.

Synopsis for "The Champion"
Superman is woken up by a bunch of aliens and finds himself in chains containing Kryptonite. As the guards take him to an arena, he realizes he's on Warworld and is now a prisoner of Mongul, who's going to force him to fight. His challenger, Warworld's champion Kreedon, attacks him as soon as he comes out of the gates.
Believing Mongul is taking him out of the equation to carry out his nefarious plan, Clark breaks out of his chains and knocks Kreedon away before turning his attention to the alien warlord. As he takes Mongul outside, Clark realizes he's built a massive weapon heading towards Earth. Mongul reveals he's going to use it to cause destruction on Earth and become the ruler of the survivors, before pouncing on him.
Clark tries to use his heat vision to destroy Mongul's weapon, but gets stopped by him and promises he'll get a fight since he desires it. Taking him back to arena, he tells Mongul he's fulfilling his promise by letting Kreedon fight him. After stating that people of Earth see him as their champion because he is a protector and not their ruler, Superman proceeds to destroy his weapon.
