Detective Sophie Song was a tough, witty, and righteous Evergreen police detective who investigated Peacemaker and the White Dragon. Eventually, she was possessed by the Queen of the Butterflies.
History
Song and her partner Larry Fitzgibbon responded to an incident involving Peacemaker at an Evergreen apartment complex. Ultimately, Peacemaker eluded capture, and instead, his father August "Auggie" Smith was framed and arrested for the incident, with detective Song being put in charge of the case.
After Chris revealed to his father that he was framed, Auggie in turn passed this information to Song, who proceeded to investigate. Despite attempts by undercover A.R.G.U.S. agent Caspar Locke to throw her off Peacemaker's trail, she eventually had Auggie exonerated, and secured a warrant for Peacemaker's arrest.
During the raid of Peacemaker's trailer, the Butterfly Queen escaped the jar she'd been put in by Peacemaker, and took Song as her new host. Song (not the Butterfly queen) was finally killed during the raid of Coverdale Ranch.
