Samuel Song is a Cameroon-born French speedster that goes by the codename Jog. He is a member of the Revolutionaries and was a member of the Suicide Squad for a time.
History
Samuel was born in the Cameroon to the Black Racer, an avatar of Death and a human mother. When he has three months old his father left Samuel and his mother. As a child Samuel and his family fled Cameroon and found their way to France as refugees. Samuel eventually joined the Revolutionaries, powered individuals who have all been effected by the destructive extrajudicial actions of Task Force X, taking the name Jog.

Powers
- Demigod Physiology: Jog is a demigod, being the son of the Black Racer, a personification of Death.[1]
- Superhuman Speed: Jog can move, think, and react at superhuman speed. While his top speed is unknown, he is shown to be fast enough to run on water while carrying Zebra-Man.[1]
- Accelerated Healing
- Vortex Creation[1]
- Electrokinesis: While running Jog generates black electrical discharge from his body.[1]
Weaknesses
- Low Stamina (formerly): Prior to his death Samuel was limited to short bursts of speed. After being resurrected by his father, his potential was unlocked and the limitations on his power were removed.
