Kathy Ferbel is a neighbor of Big Barda and Mister Miracle in Bailey, New Hampshire.
History
Kathy and her husband, Edward, met Barda shortly after they moved to Bailey, and they became friends pretty fast. They spent the evening with their neighbors in different occasions, only to be interrupted by the intrusion of Doctor Bedlam, Highfather, and the Forever People, but all memories from the strange events were erased from their minds, not knowing the real nature of Scott and Barda.[1]
Kathy later on convinced Barda of joining some peaceful protests against the illegal experimentation in animals carried out by a research institution in town.[2]
