Bailey, New Hampshire is the town where Scott Free, Barda, and Oberon lived in for a while.

History

Hoping to get away from superheroics and showbiz, Scott decided to move to the quiet town of Bailey with his wife Barda and his companion Oberon. But trouble followed them anywhere, because their quiet life there was continually disturbed by the presence of Doctor Bedlam, Highfather, the Forever People, Maxi-Man, and The Head.

Points of Interest

  • Scott Free's Fix-It Shop: a garage shop where Scott attempted to restore electronic machines using his knowledge of the Mother Box, sometimes with lousy results, like a toaster that shoots golden toasts or explosive toasts and, the invention that turned into his most profitable creation, the cleaning product Miracle Misters. He also stored his equipment and materials he used as Mister Miracle. The shop got destroyed during the attack of the World Protective League, forcing Scott to sign a contract to tour and sell Miracle Misters with Funky Flashman.[1]
  • Serenity Fields: a scientific research firm that conducted illegal experiments on animals, which caused many protests against their activities. Barda even joined one of these protests, and the head of the corporation framed her of a terrorist attack on a warehouse of their property, resulting in her arrest.[2] This corporation, however, was part of Intergang, working for Darkseid to develop a mutation-virus and spread it all over the Earth.[3]
