Synopsis for "Lesser Gods, Part 3"

Batman is not angry that the team failed its mission, but wants to train them in a special way: against himself. In reality, Batman impersonated the criminal Karma, isolating Duke Thomas and facing him alone. Then the team intervened, and Cassandra confessed to Duke she told Batman about his nightmares, seeking for help. Duke is not angry at her, and admits he really needs that: Bruce and the rest of the team assure him they are here for helping him surpass his fears.

Meanwhile, Ra's is trying to convince Sofia she's a killer, and that only the Demon will accept and protect her. He will also instruct her in the way of death, making her never afraid of it again.

In the end, Lex Luthor is revealed to be the one behind Ra's new plan: in his offer, Lex brought him knowledge of something that involved Sofia, and Ra's is ready to exploit that knowledge for his own sake.
