Intimidation: Warden Waller is an intimidating woman who is able to keep her prisoners in order with or without force.
Law: Amanda Waller was the warden of Belle Reve for many years before being removed because of an attempted prison escape she failed to thwart. This was a coordinated escape which was intended to remove Waller from power.

This version of the character is exclusive to the continuity of the television series Young Justice and its tie-in comic book series. It is an adaptation of Amanda Waller. The original character was created by John Ostrander, Len Wein, and John Byrne and first appeared in Legends #1.
