Alexandra Brackett was a reporter for the Gotham Gazette.
History
She was put under protective custody by the Gotham City Police Department after her partner Don Clemens was killed in retaliation for their release of a story on Gotham street gangs taking drugs to boost themselves into meta-humans.[1] After her police detail was murdered she was taken in and put under protection from the group called the Lords of the Avenues by Robin after he was called in on the case by Jamie Harper.[2]
