Silence is a crowd-control debuff in Cookie Run: Kingdom.
Effect[]
While Silenced, the unit cannot cast skills, and their Cooldown is paused. Units that have 
Immunity cannot be Silenced. Silence does not count as an incapacitating debuff, and can affect units that ignore incapacitating debuffs such as 
Mystic Flour Cookie.
Skills cannot be interrupted by Silence. However, if a skill has a follow-up action, such as a follow-up attack at the end of a transformation skill like 
Haetae Charge or 
Wild Punch, or a secondary attack in a two-part skill like 
Lightning Blitzstorm, then the follow-up action cannot be used by the unit until Silence expires.
Silence also prevents Cookies from performing abilities independent from the skill, such as 
Cream Ferret Cookie's Precious Friend or 
Choco Drizzle Cookie's Drizzle Strike. However, they will attempt to perform those abilities as soon as Silence expires.
