Five Isle Meadow
- Main article: Five Isle Meadow
There is a large meadow, known as the Five Isle Meadow, located east of the town. Many citizens come out here to train or play, using it as a form of recreation. However, Team Rocket had built a warehouse on top of this land, destroying the meadow's natural state. The inhabitants of the town heavily criticized Team Rocket's warehouse to the south as being a waste of space and destroying the peace.
The meadow starts on the coast of Five Island, going onto a grassy path around a patch of trees, which then turns southward and leads the player to the southernmost point on Five Island. From there, one can either turn northward and approach the Rocket Warehouse, or go east to Memorial Pillar.
Demographics
Five Island has a population of 6, making it the smallest town in Sevii Islands and the second-smallest in the whole Pokémon world, behind Postwick in Galar.

Pokémon Adventures
Five Island first appeared in Put Your Beast Foot Forward as Carr of Team Rocket's Three Beasts attempted to destroy the town's Pokémon Center during his assault on the island. Despite Red managing to defeat him, the residents of the island, knowing that Team Rocket's assault was still going on at other islands because of them being after the Pallet Town Pokédex holders, started blaming Red for having brought the devastation to their shores.
In Don't Doubt Deoxys, Deoxys appeared at Five Island and attacked Red, who was forced to battle it in order to protect himself. During the battle, Bill noticed Carr holding a black device resembling a Pokédex, leading him to realize that Professor Oak's recent disappearance was Team Rocket's fault.
Red was eventually defeated by Deoxys, despite Pika managing to land a powerful Thunder attack on its crystal core. Sird, another member of the Three Beasts, then arrived and used the Ruby and Sapphire gems to transform Deoxys into its Speed Forme. Shortly afterwards, Blue and Green arrived at Five Island as well and reunited with Red.
In Storming the Forretress, the residents of Five Island learned of how Red was attempting to keep the Team Rocket airship from crashing in Vermilion City. Understanding how ungrateful they had been towards him before, they prayed for his success to avoid the same from happening again in Vermilion. In Phew for Mew, the people celebrated when they learned that the crash had been avoided, although Bill was left shocked when he learned that Sird's last-ditch attempt to capture Deoxys had resulted in Red, Blue, Green, Yellow, and Silver being turned to stone.
