Galtok

Galtok is a gnome who is found running away from some kobolds at 3034.2833 in the Nashkel Mines area. He will approach the party upon sight and, depending upon your reply, it's possible that 4 kobolds will spawn near his initial location. Regardless of the dialogue choice, he will flee the area once the conversation is finished.

He can be killed without reputation penalty for his Mage Robe of Fire Resistance and a dagger, but if you want to hear the dialogue and have the 4 kobolds spawn as well, you either have to be quick in killing him before he flees, or charm him and give him any order to prevent him from fleeing before attacking. You can also change his weapon to fist to make him deal less (and non-lethal) damage.

Hey... wait... please wait. You've gotta help me, they're after me. They'll be here soon.

1-Calm down. Tell us what's going on and we'll see if we can help you.

They're kobolds, dozens of them. They captured me and stripped me down. The dirty imps tortured me for no other reason than to hear me scream, but I got away. They'll be here soon. We have to run, get out of here.

Oh, no, it's too late. They're here!
