Barg is a scoundrel and pirate who will appear near the fish stall that's located at the bottom of the wide stairs next to the Sea's Bounty Tavern in the Docks District in connection with the Nalia abducted by Isaea Roenall companion quest.

Gameplay[]
You will be directed to speak with him by a soldier named Khellor Ahmson. Barg has business dealings with Isaea Roenall, keeping "them merchants on their toes".
As a bit of drunkard, typical for a pirate, he'll hint using Isaea's name as the person he works with and that, besides pirating, Isaea dabbles in slavery as well. He'll then mention a Amnian soldier by the name of Officer Dirth as a slaver contact. Following the end of the conversation, he'll amble off and disappear.
Note: Even though he is a pirate, killing Barg will turn the nearby commoners, and even the halfling Ikert, hostile. This will occur even if they are out of sight of the fight with him.
