Biography[]
During Speckles's early childhood, his home was destroyed to make a golf course. In the ensuing destruction, his parents were killed by humans. Before his father's death, he asked Speckles that if he ever had the chance to destroy mankind, to do it. He was later adopted by Ben to be part of G-Force. Behind his back, however, he began working with Leonard Saber under the name "Mr. Yanshu", the Chinese word for mole. He developed a chip to be placed inside of all of Saber's appliances, which unbeknownst to Saber, would turn them all into robots, creating giant electromagnetic nodes to bring down all the space junk orbiting Earth, driving humanity underground.
In the beginning of the film, Speckles serves as reconnaissance and intelligence for the team, helping them to infiltrate Saber's house. After the FBI shuts down the program, he is sent to a pet store with the rest of the team, and attempts to escape by playing dead. However, he is instead thrown in the garbage, presumably dying. However, after Clusterstorm is activated, he appears at the end of the movie, revealing his plans and motive to Darwin. He then makes the robots fuse together, creating a giant mech that begins bringing the space junk to Earth. In the ensuing chaos, he is able to overpower most of the FBI forces, then grabs the command truck that is holding Ben, Marcie, Killian, and Saber inside, attempting to kill them.
After managing to get to him, Darwin says that whatever he's doing is no better than the destruction of his habitat and his family's death, and that even if his family was killed, Speckles is still a part of the G-Force team, which had since become his family, one he was close to when no one else wanted him. Realizing his mistakes, Speckles tries to shut down his Clusterstorm directives, to no avail. With Mooch's help, Darwin destroys the mech, and helps Speckles escape. Upon finding Hurley apparently killed, Speckles reflected on his plans, saying that it's all his fault for an innocent life to have died under his blind obsession for revenge, and is later relieved when they realize Hurley is merely knocked out.
At the end of the film, Speckles is forced to disarm all sabotaged equipment, and wishes to join the team again when he's done if they would allow it.
