Shunsuke Kusaka is a news reporter who teamed up with the Scooper Roidmude and an antagonist in Kamen Rider Drive.
History[]
Roidmude 033 attempted to copy Kusaka's data but was unable to since Kusaka's greed was weaker. However, discovering Kusaka's desire for revenge on Kaishima City Buildings for accusing his reports of being fraud a year ago, 033 used this to temporarily evolve into Scooper Roidmude. The Roidmude then made a deal with Kusaka where Scooper would destroy the company's buildings and Kusaka would get scoops for his news from the destruction Scooper caused.
However, Kusaka's former friend Kenta discovers his relation with Scooper and seeks out the Special Investigation Unit to stop him. After the SIU discovers Kusaka's latest target is the International Sport Stadium, Kenta and Kiriko head their to stop him but find themselves trapped in a Heavy Acceleration. Scooper then finally achieves his full evolution and deciding Kusaka is useless now, tries to dispose of Kusaka but Drive appears and destroys Scooper with a Full Throttle with the Door-Ju. Kusaka was then taken into custody and expressed remorse for his actions.
