Dr. Otto Von Death is a one-time villain from the Cartoon Network original series, Teen Titans Go!, only appearing in the episode "Classic Titans". He is a villain from the original 1960's version of Teen Titans, who plans to use his robot dinosaur army to wipe out the entire human race.
He was voiced by Scott Menville.
Biography[]
In "Classic Titans", Control Freak sent The Teen Titans back into their 1960's cartoon, where they had to go to a mysterious island, where Dr. Otto Von Death was creating an army of evil dinosaurs to kill all the humans on Earth. Dr. Otto Von Death trapped the Teen Titans in a cage and explained to them his evil plan. Robin and Raven told him that he was one-dimensional and Dr. Otto Von Death said that he was a very well rounded villain. Beast Boy challenged this and asked him why he was doing what he was doing. Dr. Otto Von Death explained that he grew up a very strange boy, unlike the rest of the kids, which made for a very difficult life. When he grew up, he went to college, got married, had kids, which seemed good enough but his wife was always on his case about one thing or another. He also gripes about his daughter moving to Colorado with her boyfriend, saying that she couldn't handle living with her dad anymore. Dr. Otto Von Death is also sad because his son isn't working or going to school and instead just sits around on his computer all day long doing whatever it is he's doing. Dr. Otto Von Death also wanted to get life insurance but was rejected because his cholesterol was too high. In the end, Dr. Otto Von Death came to the conclusion that the only reason he was trying to put an end to the human race was because of his own problems. Cyborg/Robin was astonished by the profound depths of this man's backstory but Raven told him to get over it and Dr. Otto Von Death opened a trap door to send the Teen Titans into a vat of sharks. Starfire used her lasers to break out of the cage. Dr. Otto Von Death summoned a Tyrannasaurus Rex to attack the Teen Titans and Robin used his birdarangs to destroy it to no avail. Cyborg threw a barrel at it, which also failed and Beast Boy transformed into a donkey, which did literally nothing, and Starfire tries to shoot lasers at him, but the dinosaur's invunerable to every attack. Titan after titan tried to defeat the dinosaur but they all failed. Control Freak was about to claim victory when finally, Raven unleashed Baby Jack and Growler to defeat the dinosaur. They threw the dinosaur into Dr. Otto Von Death and blew up his missile, which destroyed his laboratory and him.
It is unknown if Dr. Otto Von Death survived the explosion or not.

He is one of the original villains of the Teen Titans Go! series.
It is possible that he is very good at building robots. As he built a robot dinosaur army to wipe out mankind.
It reveals that he has a wife and two children that are his daughter and son.
