Dr. Goldfoot is the main antagonist in the 1965 comedy film Dr. Goldfoot and the Bikini Machine and the 1966 sequel Dr. Goldfoot and the Girl Bombs.
He was played by the late Vincent Price, who also played Dr. Phibes in The Abominable Dr. Phibes and Dr. Phibes Rises Again, Lord Edward Whitman in Cry of the Banshee, Zigzag in The Thief and the Cobbler, Egghead in the 1960s Batman TV series, Prince Prospero in The Masque of the Red Death, Cardinal Richelieu in the 1948 film adaptation of The Three Musketeers, Dr. Henry Jarrod in House of Wax, Matthew Hopkins in The Witchfinder General, Edward Lionheart in Theater of Blood, one of the Sub-humans in Fire and Ice, Phantom in the Disneyland Paris attraction Phantom Manor, Sinister Man in Bloodbath at the House of Death, Richard III in the 1962 adaptation of The Tower of London, the narrator of Thriller, himself in Escapes, and Professor Ratigan in The Great Mouse Detective.

Dr. Goldfoot is a mad scientist who creates beautiful female robots in golden bikinis to commit crimes. He is a parody of James Bond villains Dr. No and Goldfinger. He is called Goldfoot because he occasionally wears golden slippers. He also serves as one of the inspirations for Dr. Evil, the main antagonist of the Austin Powers series.
