Don't let it happen again, lowlife.
~ Aura insulting Cristina after she is caught by her and Vadomal singing out loud during work.

Aura is one of the two secondary antagonists (alongside Moronta) of the 2013 Dominican action/comedy film Los Súper. She is the former right-hand assistant of ambitious presidential candidate César Vadomal who assists her boss in winning the elections through a dangerous virus for political advantage.

She was portrayed by Lizbeth Santos, who also played Diana in Vamos de robo.

History[]

Aura first appears when she, Vadomal and Moronta catch Cristina, employed as a housekepper, singing out loud while cleaning the windows. As she is using earphones, Cristia is unaware of their presence until Aura pulls her hair to get her attention. Although Cristina apologizes and Vadomal accepts it, Aura coldy scolds her, calling her "lowlife" before leaving and Cristina mimics her in response. Aura is very serious and reserved, sticking to all of her boss's plans to win the presidential elections and never objects, although initially she did when he proposed moving the scientific operation base to the basement but was forced to accept when he reminded her that losing the elections would be the biggest risk for him, when she came to inform Vadomal that the scientist needed more time after an animal trial through a serum went awry.

Aura informs all of the housekeepers and Cristina about this new change, telling them to keep out or face being fired right on the spot. When Vadomal becomes furious and hopeless that the Supers had turned their thieves over to the police, Aura came in to give him the good news about a new developed virus that would infect all of the country's reservoirs, planning to have all of the town infected, then Vadomal would secretly provide the cure and thus win the elections, becoming a "hero" to the eyes of the public. During nightfall, Cristina and Benito as the Supers manage to steal the viruses, but also triggering the alarm, alerting Vadomal, Aura and Moronta of a breach into security. Aura fought Cristina off, while Benito dealt with Moronta, resulting in the latters being outsmarted and overpowered. After Vadomal deduces that Cristina stole the viruses, he has her son Luisito and sister Juanita kidnapped, using them as leverage to turn over the viruses in exchange for their freedom inside an abandonded warehouse. Benito gives the viruses to Aura who brushes him off when he touches her. However, Vadomal does not stay true to his word and has his guards attack Cristina and Benito, who defeat all of them. Aura then watches in amusement with Moronta as Vadomal overwhelms Benito with his large gun, before leaving them to die by having them tied up to a bomb. Nevertheless, Belisario comes at the last minute to rescue and dragging them out to safety in time for the bomb to explode. Vadomal is later arrested after his plans are exposed to the public. Following this, it is unknown what happened to Aura but it can be assumed that both her and Moronta went into hiding when the final scene showed the police officer driving the car revealed to be one of the thugs employed by Vadomal to an unknown location.
