Although this article is based on official information from the Star Wars Legends continuity, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

A Talz village was located on the planet Orto Plutonia. Its inhabitants included Chieftain Thi-Sen and his assistant Medcha Wanto. During the Clone Wars it was visited by Jedi Knights Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker as they attempted to negotiate peace between the Pantorans and the native Talz.[1]
