Jek Lawquane was a male Twi'lek/Human hybrid who lived during the Clone Wars. He was the son of Suu, the adopted son of Cut Lawquane,[2] and the brother of Shaeeah. His shortened lekku were the result of his mixed parentage.[1]
During the Battle of Saleucami, the Lawquanes housed the injured Captain Rex, who later helped Cut defend the farm against the BX-series droid commandos, which Jek and Shaeeah accidentally activated.
Behind the scenes[]
Jek's first appearance was in the TV series Star Wars: The Clone Wars's 2010 episode The Deserter, where he was voiced by Kath Soucie, marking her first role in the series. In the subtitles for the episode, Jek's name is misspelled as "Jekk". Pablo Hidalgo mentioned Jek was always intended to have a human father, although they are not Cut's children.[3]
