Located on the Outer Rim planet Mustafar, Berken's Flow was the largest lavafall in the galaxy, as well as one of the few constant features of the lava planet.[1]

Berken's Flow was first mentioned in the new Star Wars canon in the seventeenth issue of De Agostini's Star Wars: Build the Millennium Falcon magazine,[1] published around April 29, 2015.[2] Berken's Flow originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where it appeared in the 2003 Sony Online Entertainment massively multiplayer online role-playing game, Star Wars Galaxies: An Empire Divided, in its 2005 expansion, Trials of Obi-Wan.[3]
