In Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing, the Egg Monster is primarily based on the Egg Mobile - having a silver body marked with yellow and black hazard tape with a headlamp on the front - with aspects of a monster truck added, including two large exhaust pipes attached to the back and four large thick-tired wheels attached to the bottom. While performing Missile Madness, the Egg Monster's wheels fold up into the bottom of the craft, causing it to more closely resemble the Egg Mobile. The back panels of the vehicle fold up to reveal the missile launchers used during the move.
In Sonic and All-Stars Racing Transformed, an unnamed vehicle with some similarities to the Egg Monster appeared. It has three distinct appearances that depend on its mode:
Car mode: In car mode, the vehicle bears some similarities to the Egg Monster in its car form. Though it retains the two large exhaust pipes and hazard tape decals, its chassis is now red and elongated, with a structure resembling Eggman's own face at the front. Instead of four wheels, it now has six attached to a structure underneath the main cockpit, somewhat resembling tank tracks.
Plane mode: In its plane form, the vehicle more closely resembles the Egg Mobile again, with its six wheels being replaced by a pair of large engines at the top of the vehicle's rear and a pair of fins at the bottom.
Boat mode: In its boat form, a pair of hydrofoils adorned with propeller motors take the wheels' place. The hydrofoils are black and painted with a segmented white design resembling the design on the legs of Eggman's own uniform.
In Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, the vehicle is used by Dr. Eggman as his primary racing vehicle. In gameplay, it can transform into a boat, car or plane when passing through a Transformation Gate, with the mode of the vehicle depending on the terrain beyond the Transformation Gate. It possesses the following statistics:
