Eggman Chao is a character that appears in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It is a Chao that can increase their bonded individual's rewards.

Appearance[]

Eggman Chao have red pudding-like bodies with round, waterdrop-like heads. They also have no nose, round torsos that are smaller than their heads, smooth feet with no legs, and arms with no visible hands. In addition, neither their arms or feet have digits. They also have a floating spiky red ball above their heads, yellow tipped hands and feet, black colored bottoms and backs of their feet that resemble pants, a mustache that closely resembles Eggman's mustache, short and round tails, and a small set of wings on their backs. For attire, they wear dark blue glasses, and two yellow triangular stripes on their torso that make their body look like Classic Eggman.

Overview[]

In Sonic Speed Simulator, Eggman Chao is a collectible pet of the "Legendary" rarity. It could be purchased at a display model near the starting point in Green Hill for 399 Robux starting on February 11th 2022. Alternatively, the player could buy five of them at once at a separate display model in the same world for 999 Robux. The option to purchase them was removed 6 days later on February 17th 2022.

In gameplay, Eggman Chao can be equipped to the playable character, allowing them to fly by the side of the playable character as they move around. In addition, when equipped, the Eggman Chao will grant additional Experience Points whenever the playable character obtains a Chaos Orb and additional Rings whenever they pick up a single Ring. The player can as well level up Eggman Chao for a cost of Rings and/or Red Star Rings at the Upgrade Machine, with level 25 being the maximum level. Leveling up a Eggman Chao will improve its reward-granting attributes. Additionally, the player can fuse a Eggman Chao by collecting five of them, leveling all of them up to maximum, and bringing them to the Fusion Machine. Fusing a Eggman Chao will result in a singular fused Chao at level 1.

Powers and abilities[]

Eggman Chao are capable of flight. In addition, they possess the power to increase the rewards granted to the person they have bonded with.
