King Wally was the king of Third Street School. He ruled during the time King Bob was in First Grade. He was the predecessor of King Chuck and the successor of King Al. He instituted the law which banned faking-out during a fight. He was mentioned in the episode "Pharaoh Bob".
According to King Bob, he was short, had red hair, and ruled the playground with an iron fist.
