Summery card for my Cousin

Thought I'd bring a wee bit of summer to my page, since the weather is not bothering to sun-up!

This is a card I have made for my cousin, she is a nanny in Switzerland, so I will have to be extra careful when posting it so it gets there in one piece.

I must say this is one of my favourite cards and it will kill me posting it LOL. Might have to make one to keep myself, kinda cheers me up looking at it.

Coloured with my Promarkers.

Sentiment foiled with pink with my Foil It machine to match the card, it's murder trying to take a photo of this stuff as it is soooo reflective, looks great tho :oD.

My flowers, some Wild Orchid ones, some from my local craft shop. They have Frosted Lace stickles on them, but it hasn't come up to great on the photo.

Ingredients:
Image: Sarah Kay
Sentiment: Computer generated foiled with Foil It machine
Medium: Promarkers
Papers: Wild Rose Studio (Butterfly Garden)
Embellishments: Wild Orchid Flowers and Stick Pins, Heather from local craft shop, Lace & Ribbon from stash

I'd like to enter this card in the following challenges:

Thanks again for looking blog friends :o)

Back - and hoping to stay back!

Been ages since I've been here. Just don't seem to get the time to update my blog these days. Busy, busy, busy!

Thought you might all like to see a wee card I made from a Sarah Kay stamp that I love. It's sooo versatile and can be used for any age really.

Here are a few versions of it:

This was one I made for my Nanna's Birthday - she is 92 years and still very young at heart! Happy birthday Phoebe!!! I coloured this one with watercolour pencils, which give a nice soft effect. Perfect for my Nanna.

A very different looking card now for my sister. This is coloured with Marvey's, but I have now invested in my new best friends namely Promarkers, I just love these new pens - cards to follow will be coloured with these and you can really see the difference. The paper I used for layering was handmade paper that I wet and ripped for a nice feathered effect round the edges of the card.

The last card was a 40th birthday card for a friend. The papers were a little give away by a member of the Docrafts website, meant to be alternative Christmas papers, but I think they go great with this card. Again coloured with watercolour pencils, which give a nice shading effect on the stamped image.
That's all for today. I'm off to have a look for other photographs of cards and ATCs that I have created and I will add these at a later date.
See you all soon - I hope.
