Description
Morph materia is a 
Command Materia in Final Fantasy VII Rebirth. Its ability, Morph, attempts to defeat a near-dead enemy to morph it into an item. If the enemy's HP is too high, Morph will be ineffective.

Morph materia is sold by Chadley in the Grasslands Region. The first costs 10 data points, and the second 20 data points.
Use[]
Morph costs one ATB charge and can defeat an enemy to obtain a rare item from them. The player can use Assess Materia to learn which enemies have items that can be morphed from them, and which items are available.
Using Morph is tricky because the enemy needs to be on such low HP for it to work that the AI-controlled allies may defeat them before the player manages to morph them. The player can use 
Enfeeblement Rings to stop allies from interfering, however, there are no missable items from using Morph.
