I'm just some 30-year-old Australian person helping out here, mainly with projects relating to Pokémon GO and the occasional discoveries in the mainstream games. I'm also a fan of Kingdom Hearts and Ratchet & Clank.
In spite of what my name implies, Uxie is not my favorite Pokémon. I made up the name as a teen, and it seems to have stuck over the years.
History
Beginnings
My first game of the franchise ever played was Blue, back in 2003 (it was a hand-me-down), though I soon got attached to the anime, though I never saw any episode from before Advance Generation. Being a dim-witted 9-year-old, I though that Blue was adapted from the anime. I've also once subscribed to a Scholastic series where they send a book every month, all anime based, but I've since donated them to a children's library.
Following the release of Kingdom Hearts II in 2006, my interests in Pokémon declined drastically.
Resurgence
Interest in Pokémon came to a complete stop as I hit the teenage years and began to think of the anime as merely a cartoon for preschoolers. But in late 2009, I decided to give Platinum a go while on a family holiday, and regained interest, which was completely sealed when I got HeartGold later on.
Since then, I've gotten every single main game that came out, and began to focus on my Pokédex in the hopes of completing it fully one day, which was finally succeeded with Y in 2014. I also read the Pokémon Adventures manga.
As for the anime, I stopped caring about it during Best Wishes, but took some interest again because of Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction being released in Australia around the same time as Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX (I got both on the same day). However, all interest in the anime declined to cynicism following the Sun and Moon series. I consider the anime as having jumped the shark since the Sinnoh League.
I went to the Pokémon: Symphonic Evolutions that was held in Adelaide, South Australia, on November 17, 2015. I've seen White—Victini and Zekrom, Kyurem vs. The Sword of Justice, Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction, and Hoopa and the Clash of Ages at Hoyts Cinemas (Tea Tree Plaza), but I've boycotted Genesect and the Legend Awakened in responce to Mewtwo, and have chosen to forego all movies starting with Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel because I feel the anime is no longer watchable to anyone above the age of six.
I am at Level 50 in GO, and part of Team Instinct. I have never missed a Community Day, even during the COVID-19 pandemic.

- Please note that these lists are of Generation VIII standards, with the exception of BD, which is set to Generation IV standards as I only consider it a remaster

Shiva Clayton has her name origin come from the Hindu god, which is also used as a name for a recurring Final Fantasy summon character. The name Clayton is also Tarzan's actual surname, and a character under that name is the main antagonist of the infamous Disney adaptation.
Omega Ruby
Riku and Kairi are named after two of the Kingdom Hearts protagonists. Not only are the names direct homages, they also reflect Groudon and Kyogre, respectively.
