In Link's Awakening, piles of Bones can be found in rocky or sandy areas like caverns and Yarna Desert. There is a pile of Bone in CiaoCiao's hut.
Twilight Princess
Bones can be found in Hyrule Castle Town on the southeast road beside a Dog. The Bone can be picked up and thrown. If thrown, the nearby Dog will chase after it, wagging its tail.[3] If Link throws the Bone near some Grass, the dog may bring back Rupees instead.[verification needed]
