Technoblins are Enemies in Skyward Sword.[1]
Characteristics[]
Technoblins take on the appearance of regular Red Bokoblins, but wear plated armor and wield Electric baton-like weapons, both of which were created by an ancient and highly-advanced civilization.[2] They inhabited the Lanayru Desert region in large numbers before the events of Skyward Sword. It is also implied that they captured and tortured the Ancient Robots who worked in the region.[3]
Technoblins are fought using the same tactics used against Red Bokoblins; they use their batons to block attacks from certain angles, forcing Link to strike at an opening in their defense. However, Link will be shocked from the discharge of the electric baton should his Sword make contact with it. Technoblins can be quickly defeated with the use of a Spin Attack to knock them off their feet, then finished with a Fatal Blow.
Upon defeat, Technoblins sometimes drop Ornamental Skulls or Golden Skulls.
After Tentalus is defeated, a group of Technoblins can be found in the cell where Skipper's crew used to be imprisoned.
