Will someone please explain to me what "Each card will have a LE on the individual cards in Gold Security Foil!" means? It doesn't really make sense.

This is a 30-Card Set. Duel Terminal - Synchro Awakening!! contains 30 new cards, not yet released in anywhere but Japan. So far the 3 confirmed cards are in Duel Terminal - Synchro Awakening!!. I bet, that this set will contain all the Brand New cards from Duel Terminal - Synchro Awakening!!.
- Perhaps, but keep in mind two or three <depending if you count Ally of Justice Catastor> have been released in the TCG and OCG since. (Namely X-Saber Airbellum and X-Saber Urbellum.)

Someone has brought up that the Korean list is only put up if it's different from the TCG one, and that it should be removed because that is the case with this pack.
