• Comment I found this lengthy bio on Samuel.^[1] It's probably too interview-based to count for much, but it tells us that Samuel also represented the BVIs at a chess Olympiad and established his own business. None of this confers notability of course, but it does provide us with the grounds for further searches. I'm leaning delete still, but I want to conduct a further search before !voting.
