Keep. For an article about a Dutch person, it is worthwhile checking the corresponding article in the Dutch-language Wikipedia at nl:Gerard Meijer (Feyenoord). I added some references from the Dutch article which may be enough to establish notability. Eastmain (talk • contribs)

Delete. The source that Eastmain found in Het Vrije Volk had some promise, however, it is a human interest story and much of it is primary. I found a similar article at Rijnmond. This is not enough to establish notability. The fact that Nlwiki carries this isn't very informative either. Nlwiki is the worst larger Wikipedia. The text of the article can be fixed but is really bad. Among others it's about the matches Meijer has seen from nearby and the players he massaged. So WP:NOTINHERETED also applies.
