Hi. I had Biggie Smalls watchlisted and while I don't object to any of your actions, I'd like to know more. When is an FA eligible to make a second run? One of mine has run twice (it is very old and I restored it from what inevitably would have been FARed), and it was a longer gap than this example was initially planned for. mftp dan oops 15:32, 21 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Hi MFTP Dan, FAs can run for a second time if their first showing was at least five years ago and if the article is still of appropriate standard. It will be their final appearance as (at the moment), articles are not allowed to run three times. I had hoped to run Biggie, but the person who did a fair amount of the editing at its recent FAR wants it on a different day. I'm not entirely convinced by that, but we don't tend to refuse reasonable requests on specific articles from one of the main editors, which is why I pulled it. Oh, I didn't see them object. I did look for signs of that, but I guess I missed it. mftp dan oops 15:53, 21 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Congratulations, SchroCat! The article you nominated, Thunderball (novel), has been promoted to featured status, recognizing it as one of the best articles on Wikipedia. The nomination discussion has been archived.
This is a rare accomplishment and you should be proud. If you would like, you may nominate it to appear on the Main page as Today's featured article. Keep up the great work! Cheers, Gog the Mild (talk) via FACBot (talk) 00:06, 22 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]
