Jimmy Jones (footballer, born 1901)

Hi

I am the great grandson of Jimmy Jones who played for Wales against Northern Ireland in 1925. My late grandmother was his only daughter and I would like to keep his name alive. I have made some edits to the page already but I am unable to change the title. My great grandfather was born in 1895 and I would be very much grateful if the page name could be changed to reflect his birth year. I am still finding new bits of information from family members and have photo to upload.

Thank you so much for adding my great grandfather to wiki. We lost my grandmother over a year ago in the pandemic and this has brought much happiness to us. Thank you.

I have made serious mistakes. I regret it and say sorry for it. I fully understand why I have been blocked. My biggest mistake that I copied-pasted content from articles to other articles, that led to a BLP violation. I like to create articles from historic work on old sources, for instance simple:Annie van de Blankevoort, simple:1928 Belgium–Netherlands women's athletics competition, simple:Julia Beelaerts van Blokland, simple:Esther Bekkers-Lopes Cardozo or the event simple:Water polo at the 1922 Women's Olympiad that is barely mentioned at the English 1922 Women's Olympiad. Around 100 pages have been (literally) copied to the English Wikipedia by several users. I'm also editing Wikidata, see here and here when I forgot to log in.

However, as I have learned from it, I will never use multiple accounts anymore and adding controversial content without doing a proper fact-check.
