OB1 and OB2??

Stellar classification says O and B stars are in OB1 associations. What then is OB2? Rursus 14:17, 20 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Possibly in reference to the Cyg OB2 association? The OB1 may come from the Per OB1 association. I.e. the number's just an index.—RJH (talk) 21:32, 10 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]
