The ink was barely dry on this new entry when the Wiki police weighed in. Give me a break. Look at the citations. The article is a work in progress and will soon include multiple sections. Bwark (talk) 23:52, 5 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Bwark I was simply trying to alert you of a few a few concerns that I had about the article, even is they were admittedly bad-placed. I have to help newcomers, remove spam, and read entire articles to help improve them to the same quality as others in the encyclopaedia. But after one misstep I get called out as bite-ey even though I simply voiced a few concerns with you. I understand that it was difficult to get permission from the author for her picture, but I never would have known that without you mentioning it. Going forward, please assume I was trying my best. Is there any other way that I can make it up to you? I'd hate to leave you upset over something I did. CollectiveSolidarity (talk) 13:54, 6 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for your reply. I realize you were trying to alert me to your concerns and I think you were right to point out that the article came across as somewhat promotional. Your concerns made me rethink my approach, reword this new article and add more corroborating citations. Sorry to react so petulantly, but I had gone through a tough couple of hours trying to find ways of accurately summarizing this author's work and then saw your concerns as rejection. Thanks again for all your efforts. They helped me with this new entry. Bwark (talk) 01:50, 7 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
