Mesnil-Raoul is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.
Geography
[edit]A farming village, situated by the border with the department of Eure, some 12 miles (19 km) southeast of Rouen at the junction of the D13, D294 and the D6014 roads.
