Low Tier City 3, or simply LTC3, was a Project M major and a Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U superregional. It took place in Plano, Texas on August 1st-2nd, 2015 at Let's Play Gaming Expo, hosted by Oracle. It was livestreamed by Tourney Locator and Project M Central. It was the fifth-largest Project M tournament at that time with 233 players.
