This book SHOULD be the VERY FIRST purchase when doing Italian/Sicilian genealogy.It is THEEEEE reference book for italian ancestry research.
I have been doing my sicilian genealogy most of my life and I refer to this book regularly.It is theeee resource!
It is easy to use, it is workbook style,you can zero in in the subject matter you need.There are copies of every italian document in italian and english!There are suggestions for the research trail and contacts listed.
I cannot reommend this enough.
