A reprinting of a particularly fun and charming comic book that began in the 1950's and lasted over 15 years, all written and drawn by the same man, Sheldon Mayer. Mayer was accorded a rare honor in comic books of the time: a by-line. It was an honor well-deserved; I remember being particularly charmed by this comic about two babies who share their own language, and equally charmed as an adult. And I am quite sure that the creators of the marvelous "Rugrats" were familiar with Sugar and Spike.
