Yes' it is possible to get a Roxas card, it goes along the lines of getting all cards or something.I stumbled on it as I was trying to look up cheats for chain of memories =)

As far as I know, I got a Roxas card from the Key to Rewards room, and it explicitly said "Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix+ completion bonus. Not sure if it was in Destiny Islands or Twilight Town... It was the Japanese Re : Chain, I'm not sure how you get it in the English Re : Chain. Helping others always comes before asking others for help. • TroisNyxÉtienne
