Citizen of the Sault Sainte Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians and a Yooper by birth, Brandann has called Michigan, Hawaiʻi, The Republic of Korea, and now Washington home.

A graduate of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa's Department of Theatre and Dance, Brandann has stage managed a variety of performing arts, including theatre, dance, and most recently opera.

Brandann's fiction has appeared in places such as Devilfish Review, Page & Spine, and Anathema: Spec from the Margins. She has also written for the Skyjacks podcast. She has published three novels in The Hole in the World series through Atmosphere Press and Maybe Unicorns Press. ...more
