Bellamy (Sons of the Fallen, #5)

Bellamy's story is definitely my favourite so far, sorry Daman! I cried way too much throughout this whole book. One of the reasons I love binge reading a whole series is the story is fresh and my feelings about each character are always building. So glad it's only over a week til Alastair's story!
I like how we see more of Bellamy, his childhood and how he hides his sadness behind Lust's actions, and I love how close he is with Daman. Both of these boys have made me cry so much, the emotional investment in this family is high for me 🥰
I also actually really liked Phoenix, he's been a character I've been interested in since book 1 and I love him and Bellamy together, even though I did want to knock their heads together so many times! I really like how they took care of each other and I'm looking forward to seeing how Phoenix becomes part of the family going forward.
The only thing that's bugging me is that they still haven't defeated the bad guys or even come close really, for how powerful the Nephilim and Angel's are. I get that there's 7 brothers, 7 books, but surely they should have the bad guys on the back foot and desperate by now 😂

Daman is my absolute favorite in this series so far. I haven’t read this one yet and it’s been in my KU library forever so now I think I’m just waiting for the series to end before I binge them. I get what you are saying about the bad guys but this series reminds me of a season of Supernatural and every book is like an episode leading to that epic season finale. It’s obvious the good guys will win in the end so it only makes sense the bad guys gain some ground in the middle. 😂

I loved Daman too but Bellamy is #1 for me in the series so far. I can't see Alastair stealing his crown as my favourite, but I am so ready for the conclusion now! Not long to wait thankfully!!

Amazing review! Daman and Warrin are my favourite couple, though so are Bellamy and Phoenix, as well as Alastair and Lazarus. In terms of love story Daman and Bellamy books are the best for me. There's just something when Bell and Nyx are together that melts my heart!
Seeing how much you love them, I'm sure you will adore their moments in Alastair's book. 🧡🧡🧡
