This was SO fun and in perfect continuity with [the original] Steven Universe series on Cartoon Network/Hulu/whatever. And I'm not just saying that because it's written by an old friend and former roommate, but I AM super proud of Melanie for this.

PS - If you've ever been to the Colorado Renaissance Faire/Festival in Larkspur, you'll surely recognize every scene in the last issue of this volume and smile!
