I HATE it when authors start renaming and renumbering an established series. It ruins my library.
This has been tagged as #5, #6, and even #7. It's Twice Bitten now but at one time is was supposedly Standoff, or was it Unconditional? No way to know for sure and my library is now hosed because of it.
I'm thinking of deleting all things Dane.

Just for the record, the previous publisher of it went under. The series was picked up again by Carina Press and revised/published under their brand. It's not the author's fault. I do understand the aggravation about it not being clearly marked as a reprint of Previous Title Here! :)

That understanding doesn't clear up the mess in my library, though.
