Susan This one one of the few Dickens I haven't read, I'm not sure why.
One of the chapters is called ' The Anjel at Bury'.
The characters stay at this coaching inn,
It might interest you to know that this lovely old Inn is still going strong in my local town....it's a lovely place, as busy and popular as ever!

Sue Sounds like a place I'd like to visit. I think I'm destined to visit you some day.

I haven't touched this book in forever. I think it will shame me until I return so I just keep it on the list and my bookcase. I really want to give Great Expectations a second, grown up chance first though.

My favourite Dickens is Our Mutual Friend. It's the best book I've ever read.
(Three times now)!
