You learn things in the right order. For instance, I had a feeling about the Praad people, and was later proved right! I didn't see big red flags or preachiness, just the right amount of hints and subtle foreshadowing about them.
You feel with the main character. He's not a superman, but rather has a lot of room to grow, and he does!...more
