The author's father goes on to advise him to take a day off and reflect on everything he's learned about women, relationships, and himself before coming to a decision. Thereupon the author takes us on a trip through different stages in his life from his childhood crushes to the night he lost his virginity while working as a dishwasher at Hooters.
