Infernium picks up right where book one left off, we continue the journey of Jericho Van Croix and Farryn Ravenshaw. Jericho has promised to do everything in his power to protect Farryn regardless of the consequences.
“Every minute he haunts you. I will bring you back to me.”
I really enjoyed the conclusion of this story. We met couple of interesting new characters. I honestly can say that Vaszhago was my absolute favorite. The story is still written from present and past and I liked knowing the history of where Jericho came from and how he came to be.
The beginning felt a bit slow for me but towards the end we get a lot of action that had me biting my nails, I lost sleep because I had to have answers. I enjoyed how it all played out. There was a very unexpected event towards the end that I still am not sure how I feel about it. In a way I kind of understand it but in another it makes me sad but it could be a spoiler so I will not dive into details haha.
”He was the only thing terrifying than the monster. The dark angel sent to deliver me from the hell that still burned inside of my mind.”
Overall; Infernium is a story about fighting for true love. Readers who enjoy romance fantasy stories will find this book appealing.

“He came alive on the canvas-a monster whose humanity emanated from every bloodless pore and feather. I painted him as I saw him: a light trapped in darkness.”
In this second book of the Angels and demons series, we meet couple of characters from the first book. Cole Matheson, an artist has goals and dreams of his own. However; life was not working on his favor and his depression kept on drawing him deeper in blackness until he meets Ambri.
“I need someone to see my work and believe in me.”
Ambri was bound to never beg for love. His demon powers were to make others lust for him. He was a very interesting character.
“I’d been consigned to a life of searching for belonging and love in the beds of a hundred strangers and never found it.”
I found myself enjoying these two and their attraction to each other irresistible. Their pain was so deep and they felt hopeless at times. But together they felt like there could be hope for them after all.
I can’t help but hurt for these two and their circumstances. However; I was missing more action. I felt the story dragged a bit at times. I would have loved to see more physical battle and fights between the demons and the angels.
Overall, I enjoyed this story and will be appealing to readers who enjoy paranormal stories about love, acceptance and second chances.

In this book we follow the journey of Penryn in the quest for freedom and survival. The book picks up exactly where book two left off. By now we know her mother is crazy but she freaking was awesome on this book. Her little sister Paige was incredible too like such a badass.
The chemistry between Penryn andRaffe was so hot; he was so darn cute and stubborn but I loved him the same. I am not going to lie, I really really wanted to see more of this couple. I feel the book could have had a more explosive ending if it would have been a bit more longer. However; that didn't stopped me from enjoying this crazy ride.
"Just this once," he says almost more to himself than to me. "Just one moment." then he leans down and kisses me. It's the kind of kiss that I've been dying for since I was born. His lips are supple, his touch tender."

End of Days is the conclusion of this incredible ride. The series is truly a fast pace with lots of action and none stop page turner. I was glued to the pages from begin to end. I highly recommend this series to anyone who loves angels/demons/end of the world/dystopia stories. It was awesome and I couldn't put it down, however; I was hoping the ending was a little longer. It kind of felt off a bit well it made sense how it ended but I guess I loved the characters and the story and the world they were in that I was hoping to have just a little more. Overall; I would totally re read the trilogy again next year because I enjoyed it that much. This was truly a roller coaster ride full of action and suspense.

So many things happened had me ugly crying, sad crying, angry crying, happy crying hahaha....I guess is just what I needed to let it All out LOL. The hero reminded me of Rhys and Rowan in one so did I mind it? Not one bit. The ending was a bit cheesy but did I cared? Not one bit. Do we need more than one book? Probably not but I am sure I will be reading the other books when they come out.

“Two Queens will rise. One of blood. One of light.”

Rielle Dardenne the promised Sun Queen was held capture by her father for protection until she reveal herself and now he couldn't do anything to protect her. Her forbidden love for Audric was so emotional and amazing at the same time.
I'll be honest I hated Rielle's father in the beginning, I hurt so much for her but the more I read; the more I understood why he did what he did.
“This is what I was made for. The thought arose as naturally as breathing. She flexed her fingers, felt power gathering hot in her palms. No, not hot - vital. Her power was not an intangible thing, a trick of the mind. It was the power of the world itself, and all that lived inside it. And only I, she thought, can tell it what to do.”
Eliana Ferracora was a bounty hunter; surviving the best as she can. She was thought by her mother how to become the best assassin there could be. And the best she was; she had to do whatever it took to survive and to keep her family safe even if that meant losing her soul.
“And I have a warrior's strength, she thought, but the heart of a coward.”
“Grief crashed upon her in waves. Dry-eyed, she let them pull her under. Remy said quietly, “I don't hate you,” and allowed her to hold on to him. She closed her eyes and tried to focus on only him.”
I loved Eliana and her inner thoughts to do the right thing but at the same time turn around and don't look back at things she had no control over. Her brother Remy was so darn cute I loved him so hard. The love between these two was so beautiful she would do anything to keep him safe.
Told from dual point of views between Rielle and Eliana hundreds of years apart. One is the Sun Queen while the other is the Blood Queen but which is which is the question. Their stories are sad, intense and suspenseful, I absolutely was drowned to both of them; by both of their pain and struggles. I can clearly, honestly say I ugly cried on a scene from both of their worlds 🙄 #whatever lol which made this book so much memorable and precious to me.
“We survived the end of the world, you and I, we’ll survive this too.”

Furybornis a unique story; a world filled with magic and mystery and I loved everything about it. I honestly can't hardly wait for more. The ending wasn't so bad of a cliffhanger that I must say I'm okay waiting but not for too long because I loved all these characters specially Simon; Remy; Audric; Navi; and Ludivine...Ok I loved them all hahaand I need to know what's going to happen to everyone. The story and plot itself was intriguing; there was so much action that had me invested on every single page. Readers who enjoy young adult fantasy with a fast past story will find this story appealing.

Dylan Prescott wakes up with no desire to live. Her life once again was shattered and destroyed. After she lost the love of her life she didn't find any reason to continue. What she didn't excepted was to find herself by fighting to survive and training in a new world of demon worriers she realized her life had just only began.
I honestly was not sure what to expect from this book. The end of book one left me so broken and numb. Scarred continues right where the first book left off; it is full of feels and I found myself feeling so many mixed emotions. I truly couldn't make myself fall for a new character right away until closer to the end and then bam plot twist and I found myself feeling angry and sad all at the same time. When a wicked twist happens towards the end I found myself full of anxiety and desperation I didn't know what to do with all the feels and emotions. I wanted to scream haha.
Scarred was loaded with action and I loved how Dylan's character grew from a scarred demon to finally gaining confidence and trying to learn her true powers.
"She snapped her wrist just as he'd shown her and simultaneously opened her palm...sending the ball of fire flying, rocketing and blasting against the far wall."
We meet Soren; a male demon worrier, he is responsible of training Dylan in her new life. Neither of them were a fan of each other but spending time together they learned to understand each other and even feel things either could ever thought it possible.
"No matter how wary of his manipulations, Soren was still her safely net of protection from a sea of lurking terror."
At the end of the day I still don't know how I feel about the love triangle in the story. I think it was definitely a twisted and wicked plot but I feel like everything hurts and I am dying just thinking how this could possibly end for all the characters. I am going to be honest; I struggled getting into the story at the beginning and I think it was due to the fact that it had been a while since I read book one. To readers considering reading the trilogy I personally recommend not waiting a lot of time to read in between book so the experience is fresh in your head. I should have re read book one prior to starting this one so I could have fully enjoyed the story more. Overall, I loved all the new characters, the plot and where the story is heading. Readers who enjoy a good fantasy story packed with action, feels and angst will find this series appealing.

Lazlo Strange
aka "Strange the dreamer" was an orphan raised with the monks since young but later found himself living amount librarians instead and discovered the love for books. His mind is simply beauty. He don't know anything else other than kindness and his personality is fascinating. You can't helped but to fall in love with him and his beautiful mind. His way of thinking was he wanted to be nice and do nice things not because one deserved it but "simply because they needed it."
“He read while he walked. He read while he ate. The other librarians suspected he somehow read while he slept, or perhaps didn’t sleep at all.”
Sarai is a blue-skinned goddess; who had the power to get into human's minds while they dreamed and turn their dreams into nightmares. So many years ruining human's nights became the normal to her but at only seventeen years old she found herself questioning the purpose of her existence.
“Bad would be good,” Minya had said, fervent. "We need bad, Sarai. For vengeance.” ... “Sarai had an arsenal of terrors. She was an arsenal of terrors.”
All this time she was told that hate and revenge is all they have to have and nothing else matters. However; she no longer wanted to believe that.
“It was no small thing to shed a lifetime of nonbeing and suddenly be seen.”... “Sarai was seventeen years old, a goddess and a girl. Half her blood was human, but it counted for nothing. She was blue. She was godspawn. She was anathema. She was young. She was lovely. She was afraid.”
I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I started this book; what I found was a magical world of beautiful words, a story full of hopes, sorrow, madness and so many feels. This story "Strange the dreamer" is about a city that lost its name and was lost to the world. The Blue-skinned goddesses were all supposed to be dead. Ghosts were not supposed to be real. But it was all real the blue-skinned goddesses appear in the dreams of men and moths would infiltrate their unconsciousness. Ghosts were bound to a child's will to do as whatever she pleased and the things she made them do were not good; this child had so much hate inside.
“Nothingness. For despair there would have to be acceptance, and that was impossible. There was only nothing, so much nothing that he couldn't breathe.”
Thyon Nero; well I have conflicting feelings for this boy. There's just something about a broken character that attracts me to them and he is one broken boy but he don't want people to know so he was mean and selfish to not show any weakness to the world. He didn't have an actual friendship relationship with Lazlo but I know from the beginning that both of these boys were important to this story and I was not wrong. I truly felt bad for Thyon on several occasions and that's why somehow I have high hopes that he will not disappoint on the next book.
We also meet Ruby, Sparrow, Feral and the most wicked blue-skinned goddess Minya. I still don't know how I feel about them right now, the end of the book left me drained and upset I was so angry and sad and I cried for so long I can't remember how long haha. I feel like I need the next book like yesterday, I don't even know what to do with myself right now lol. Overall; I loved this story from beginning to end. I highly recommend to any fantasy young adult readers who love an extraordinary story about magic, and gods.
“In the sky above Weep, the angel folded its wings, and the moonlight and starlight that for fifteen years had been held at bay came flooding in, seeming sun-bright after such long absense.”

~~~~~BLURB~~~~~
Twenty-two years ago, I was cut from a cold, sodden womb, and cradled in the filth and poverty of Chicago’s concrete arms. Statistically, I wasn’t supposed to survive these streets past the age of eighteen. Fate had a different plan. I was bred for one purpose and one purpose only: to unleash death and destruction on my world. My thoughts are power. My words are weapons. Evil created me then grace tried to save me. But first… they tried to kill me. They call themselves the Se7en. They are sin and salvation, and everything we’ve feared from the beginning of time. And their leader is the deadliest of them all. He doesnt lose. He doesn’t compromise. And most importantly, he doesn’t distract himself with mortal weakness. Not until me. Kill one to save a million. That’s what he told me when he took me as his prisoner. Kill one to save a million. That’s what he’s been trying to tell himself ever since he took me into his arms.
